After your license are suspended what happens? Do the points Stay?

Drivers license, you know you have 30 days to ask for a hearing? you snooze you loose, sucker. DUH, the government owns you if you do not act responsible.

Depends on the state, but in most point states the points automatically reduce after a certain period of time. Say, after you serve your 30 day suspension, they reduce to just under the threshold....then you carry those points for another year, after which they are reduced by half. So on and so forth.

So, you would really need to check you state regs on licenses.
