use stoichiometry. remember mph is miles per hour, or m/h.

    1 cm/ 1 sec x 1 in/2.54 cm x 1 ft/12 in x 1 mi/5280 ft x 60 sec/1 min x 60 min/1 hr

In stoichiometry, you write equations like this so the values you have cancel out with equal values of different measurements like 12 inches to 1 foot. In the problem, you want to change your numerator of centimeters to a numerator of miles. 2.54 cm goes into 1 inch, which cancels the cm. then you have 12 inches to 1 foot, which cancels out the inches. next you have 5280 ft in 1 mile, which cancels the feet, leaving you with your numerator miles in (mph or m/h).

next you want to change seconds into hours, so to do that, you have 60 seconds is to 1 min, which cancels out the seconds, 60 min is to 1 hour, leaving you with your desired denominator of hours.

    now you have miles/hour.

Multiply all the numerators first, then divide by all the denominators multiplied together.

    (1 x 1 x 1 x 1 x 60 x 60) / (1 x 2.54 x 12 x 5280 x 1 x 1)

360 miles /160934.4 hours, which you can reduce to a smaller answer.

    hope that helps! :)
