im not a massive fan of fantasy books, but i read the uglies series and enjoyed them, so you might enjoy these too.

the eragon series is great for people who like the fantasy genre....its about dragons and like middle aged wars and NO vampires HOORAY!!! also the dangerous days of daniel x thats a really good book
