how do you fix the unexpected error on roblox?

When i loged in pn robloxx on windows xp i first few times i came up with

funny lanugues that i do not understand and i can't read the player messages as well then after few weeks i logged in it says Sorry roblox needs to quit and it says on top roblox crash what do i do?
