How can I use kecap manis?

It's yummy, but I don't know what to do with it.

    Like Dune I use it in place of regular soya sauce as it is thicker and sweeter, and a bit smokey in flavour, I ama former chef and worked in Asia and used it there. So anywhere you would use soya sauce then it is fine, but as it is thicker and dark marinated food will be dark and it tends to burn quicker to so be cautious there.

    you can add it to scrambled eggs (just a little )

    it's yummy! :)

    or try to cook mushroom with olive oil,garlic,and kecap manis

    I love it with fried rice, or instead of regular Soy.

    It is just a sweet soy sauce after all.

    It is also spelt ketjap manis.
