-Small town

-Countryside

-East coast

-Fairs/Carnivals

-Country boys who drive big lifted trucks ;)

-Scenic

-Farm living

-within 1 1/2-2 hours of a decent city with malls and entertainment

-Cooler rather than hot weather ( I like to see the change of seasons)

-within 3 hours of the beach

-within 2 1/2 hours of the mountains

Things I am not looking for-

-Hillibilly inbred families

-whitetrash trailer park communities

-crime

-excessive drug use
