Pink and purple flowers that hang upside down?

I went to Canada over the summer for vacation, and I saw these beautiful flowers that grow out and hang upside down.

Here's a picture of them:

Does anyone know the name of them?

The first one is Double Fuchsia, it has bigger flowers than the single type. The second one is Hydrangea, they come in different sizes from 2 ft to 5 ft.
