How do I correctly cite Frankenstein by Mary Shelley?

Shelley, Mary. Frankenstein. Publishing city: publishing company. copyright date. page numbers used.

it is from Copyright 2000 The Glencoe-McGraw Hill Companies, Inc.

I don't know where and the exact date of copyright??!!?!! Can someone please show me exactly what it should look like?

    All of the information should be on the title and copyright page (the first couple pages). Always used the most recent copyright date because you're citing the book you're using, not the previous publications.

    For example:

    Shelley, Mary. Frankenstein. (should be italicized) New York: Dover, 1994. Page #'s used.
