I am doing my science fair project on soil filtering ?
So I wanted to do my science fair project on the filtering of soil. I planned to take different types of soil and filter liquids through them such as gasoline, water, etc. I am trying to think of a hypothesis.. I need to know how to explain why I think that sand will filter easier. Is that an accurate hypothesis ?
So far I only have sand and dirt as my "soils".
Can anyone help me by telling me
1.) What other types of soil I can use.
2.) Why a type of soil would filter easier. (Statement)
3.) Other liquids I can use ?
Also, is there any other way to make this project a "higher level" project?? I'm in high school..
My proposal is due tomorrow.
THANK YOUUU !

Order some speedy cycling Brassica rapa from Carolina organic and organic furnish or wisconsin speedy flowers. The plant's total existence cycle is barely 30 days. The seeds will sprout in some days, and are mature in 2 weeks. this is the classical plant variety for botanical study.
