What Kind Of Lean Protein Could I add?
I had a glass of water, 1 banana, and 2 slices of plain toast. What kind of lean protein would I add to complete this breakfast or am I good. I am doing the clean eating diet, and wasn't sure if I am supposed to add a protein to every meal.

Add a tbsp or 2 of peanut butter.
It has healthy fats which is lacking in your breakfast and is used to metabolize fats and carbohydrates.
It's also high in protein. I would also consider added a cup of skim- 1% milk. As they say "Eat like a king at breakfast, prince at lunch, peasent at dinner"
You'll burn everything you consume the bigger the ammount the more you'll burn thoughtout the day. Just try to keep it healthy with healthy fats such as margerine, peanut butter, eggs, WHOLE WHEAT toast, fruit, skim- 1% milks/ dairy, etc..
Hope i'v helped and best of luck.

Egg whites would be the easiest thing for breakfast.
If you are looking for meats here's a list:
Fish (has the highest protein and lowest amount of fat)
Pork (has the lowest amount of protein and the highest amount of fat)
And if you didn't already know stay away from processed meats the worst for you is sausage and bacon.
