Can anyone help with this movie title?

Question

The movie is old. It is about a prince who had a spell cast upon him by a sorceress. The prince is turned into a baboon. A handsome guy and the prince's sister, along with the baboon have to travel through icy waters to get to some sort of magical place where the prince is put in a cage and lowered into the glowing water in order to turn him back human again. This is all I can recall. Please can anyone help! Really want to see this movie again. also the movie had some sort of creature; maybe a minotaur helping the sorceress to try and stop them from getting to the magical cave
