這是在測一種抗肺癌的新葯(n-BP)的潛力, 這種葯最後結論是有效抑制肺癌細胞增長(不論生體內或生體外)!

Aim: To investigate the role of hTERT gene expression and AP-2α in n-butylidenephthalide (n-BP)-induced apoptosis in A549 lung cancer

cells.

因為 (n-BP)會抑制 hTERT 基因表現使 telomerase 活性下降進而抑制肺癌細胞生長!

而 AP-2位點是 hTERT 基因 promoter 中一段 320bp 的片段, 對於調控該基因有關鍵性影響~~
