Paypal Balance HELP!?

Okay, I am very new to pay pal, and I need to add money to paypal balance. If I add my bank account, do I need to pay anything? Also, can I add USD to the paypal balance, any other way besides bank account?

If you add your bank account the money would be taken out of your Bank account there isn't a fee for that.

hmm I do alot of online surveys and I have that money going into my paypal account. I use to have my bank account linked but that was a while ago when I was addicted to Ebay lol.

I believe you can use a credit card as well.
