Sales Plan :( please help?

Hello everybody,

i'm working in sales and the general manager asked me to write a sales yearly sales plan :(

i didn't write anything like this before and i don't know how to start or what to write. please if you have any sales plan that you wrote before i will really appreciate if you will send it to me just to have a look how it looks like.

Please guys it's really urgent.
