Would this video card fit in my computer?

It's very cheap, which is why i'm wondering if it has a catch.

This is my current video card:

NVIDIA GF 6100 nForce 405 Integrated

The one I'm thinking of upgrading to:

NVIDIA GF 9500GT

Upgrade the power supply first.

at least 600watts

It's cheap because it's a cheap card.

Get this one, it has GDDR3 Ram which is MUCH MUCH better
