i am 14 5'6 150 pounds have i had my major growth spurt yet?

because i want to be taller for basketball i practice 6 hours i drink milk and sometimes v8.

my mom is 5'5

my dad is 5'8

dads dad 6'0

moms mom 5'8

Not everyone has one giant growth spurt, some people slowly grow over time. The way height runs in your family, I'd say you'll probably see some further growth, especially since you're only 14.

I hope your not. Im only 5'6.5 (five foot, six inches and a half.. it makes the difference the half does ;D )
