This is what it looks like when I try to download a set up file like iTunes or other programs. I have four photobucket links that shows what exactly happens when I try to download and try to run the setup. In this case, iTunes Setup:
So whenever I finished downloading a setup, I would get a which file do you want to open this with. I don't know what exact problem my laptop has but would any expert please help me fix it? TIA

Instead of clicking "Run" try clicking "Save" then save the file to your desktop. You should have the file on your desktop that says "ITunes.exe" or just "iTunes." If you double-click on it and it asks you what program to run the file with, close that window and right-click on the "ITunes" you just saved. click on "rename" then rename the file "iTunes.exe." press enter. double click again. you should be good.
Also, ZoneAlarm sucks. Try Avira Antivir. It's free, and it's award-winning.
