how to stay in shape by eating healthy?
hi im a 18 yr old female and im 120 lbs and im 5'3 im not over weight or anything but i want to start eating healthy. i got into a bad car accident when i was 16 and i hurt my back really bad so its hard for me to work out because every time i work out my back hurts for the next week. i just want a list of healthy food i can eat to help me stay in shape. i really appreciate all of your input and answers

Eat fruit and vegies. If u wanna go vegan, u have to replace the meat for chickpeas, lentils or they sell vegetarian frozen foods.
