What are the best cardio exercises?

I need to lose a couple pounds and i need he BEST cardio excercises there are.

    Running. it will burn calories the quickest and it's the healthest for you. Running is the perfect exercise.

    The best way to do cardio exercise is as follows:

    jogging, cycling, using all purpose trainer etc.

    What you need to do is get your heart rate to a level where its peaked for the exercise you are doing.

    For example if you are jogging, it probably takes about 15 minutes to get your heart rate to a level when it has leveled out.

    Then once you reach that stage, that is where you are actually doing cardio exercise and building the heart to be stronger.

    Start slowly exercising for say 10 minutes at peak levels, then 15, 20 and so on.

    Don't forget to warm up and warm down.

    if you have ondemand they have good ones there but you can try dance around for about an hour a day make sure when you dance you move more but use less energy letting you dance longer and loose more weight hope i helped

    Plyometrics...Is intense and you should only do it if your in okay health..because its hard...
