how do i get rid of these stupid stretch marks?

ok so i just had a beautiful baby boy 7 months ago but unfortunately it didn't leave my body look so beautiful i have horrible red stretch marks all over my stomach and my thighs but the scary part is that they are getting worse they are starting to go down my thighs and up my stomach every time i look there is more and more and i don't even scratch what do i do??
