3.) Xenosaga (This game is amazing, although I haven't played II & III. It actually takes place 2000 years from now - Year 4012, so you can imagine how incredible our world is at that time period.)

    1. God of War I. No loading time between stages. Who would have thought that it's possible on a DVD. Not a lot of backtracking, which is notorious on the Resident Evil series. Smart puzzles. Flawless controls.

    2. Final Fantasy III (or VI). It's like getting 2 games for the price of one. Pays homage to LoZ: A Link to the Past. Great characters. You feel for the characters. Terra having to protect the orphans. Gau having to defend himself in the wild. Cyan blaming himself for the poisoning that killed his family.

    3. Ocarina of Time: Two worlds. Great music. Great storyline. Flawless controls. Smart bosses. Smart puzzles.

    1. FF IX. Best story line and music of all the Final Fantasy's.

    2. Adventure (Atari 2600 back in 1979). Where would be be without this game? This mother of all RPGs was the first to incorporate the idea that a character could carry an object.

    3. Tecmo Super Bowl (NES). Very first popular football game to incorporate the idea of a "season" instead of playing the same computer team over and over and over and over and over......

EDIT: Actually, Tecmo Bowl was first to do this, but Super Bowl was the first to use real NFL teams and seasons.
