Can this item be tailored?

Question

Can a pencil skirt that is a size 9 be tailored to fit a size 3 waist? I can;t bring myself to get rid of the skirt! Please help

Of course! And your a size 3? Wow.. alot of girls want that! Tailoring isn't very expensive, but make sure you tell them exactly what to do, or your skirt go bye bye! (as in, messed up and ugly)

Did someone lose some weight? Well it depends on your tailor. Most high quality ones could but it would take some time, and fo the same price you could probably just get anew one.
