Can anyone tell me what Blue Cross Medicare should i apply for the family ?

I want to apply for Blue Cross for me, my wife and my child under 18, what insurance should i apply for the family , HMO or PPO ?

hmo is good an its cheaper .. we have it but they take some time to approve things in my area the docotors are the same for both hahah
