does any one know of a really great psychiatrist?

in the rogue valley i need to find a good one fast! i have really bad depression and my hubby told me that he thinks i should see one but there are so many that i have no idea who to choose any help would be great....

i am hoping to keep it close like medford or ashland (oregon if you didnt already know)
