That old Nickelodeon clip?

Does anyone remember that old nickelodeon clip that used to play in-between shows where there would be a sketched character using a huge paintbrush and a big want was planting seeds in a milk carton or something? if anyone remembers please tell me what it is called or post a link of the video. thanks!
