are computer letters made up of binary numbers?

i mean, when you type something, is it made up of binary numbers?

just that when you type it is converted to regular numbers so that we can understand them,

is that true or false ?

    That is true, computers communicate within themselves using binary coding which is the only language computers understand.

    Binary only understand numbers the CPU can tell 0011 means A and 0110 means B

    Every character has a binary representation. In the "old" days, we just used ASCII -- there were 256 bit patterns to use to represent characters. Today we use Unicode which allows for codepoints to be mapped to every character in any language.
