Can you have sex (male or female) so many times in one day/hour, that you need medical help or die?

Maybe, if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure which can be aggravated by the exhaustion. A lot of deaths due to this have been recorded.

I imagine depending on the intensity of the activity people could get heat stroke or dehydrated and that could cause the body complications which may be a long shot but could lead to death. If bleeding occurs and it does not stop, loss of blood can lead to death.
