It's going to get blocked and your home IP address put on a black list the first time you use it behind a filtered network.

    Hi Raya,

First, congratulations on successfully installing Glype on your local test server!

About your question, there are 2 options:

    1. Use your home computer as a proxy server. In this case, you need to get a static IP, and call it from outside. However, I really don't recommend you to do that. Not only you may encounter the issues like network safety but also your IP may be added to the black list of some censor programs.

    2. Register a .info domain name and host your proxy site outside. In fact, this won't cost you too much money. You just need to pay $1 to get .info domain and probably $3 - $5 per month for hosting service. If you let your home computer running 12 hours a day as a web server, the electronic bill might be even more than that hosting cost.
