Is this a good weightlifting program?
im 14 yrs old 6'3 and weigh 150 pounds. i do benchpress, militarys upright rows and bicep curls every other day. will this work?
i aslo do 100 pushups a day, 5 sets of 20 but there not perfect

Well, Jim, that all depends on what your goals are. If you are looking to strengthen your upper body, you are doing great.
