Is masturbation wrong, even if I don't think about any nasty things in mind?

If you are not hurting anyone else and it feels good, dream about anyone you want.

There is nothing in the Bible to support the idea that masturbation is wrong. The Bible is pretty frank about sexual release as in the language of 1 Corinthians 7.

James Dobson is one that taught that there is no biblical support for calling masturbation a sin, based on what his father taught him.

It is disturbing that so many Christian teachers when teaching on sexuality mistakenly call masturbation a sin.

God is well able to make clear the main sexual sins. Nothing is clear about this. Any references are unclear and stretched to make the interpreters point.

Even if you keep your mind clean, masturbation simulates the pleasure of sex, something which God had intended to be shared by a man and a woman. The purpose of sex is oneness. As Genesis 2:24 states, "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh."

How can you masturbate WITHOUT having 'Nasty" thoughts?

Masturbation by it's very nature is sexual-your thoughts have to be the same!

Ha, no, masturbation is not wrong, especially if you're not having disturbing thoughts. Anyone who tells you so masturbates too and is lying to you. Masturbation is NORMAL.

    It is not wrong.

Just make sure that you don't get addicted to the point where it disrupts your daily life (once knew a guy who took "**** breaks", like other people take cigarette breaks!)

And make sure that you do not expect your (future) partner to be as good as yourself from the start. (Sex is about giving and taking, masturbation is giving yourself what you need)

Masturbation's wrong, it even says it in the bible. Don't masturbate, I did and it really messed me up and it can effect the way you think/weakens your health.

1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

    Of course not.

    It's natural. It's healthy.

People who suppress sexual urges are the people who rape and murder and lash out in violent ways.

If you think god, any god, made you, that's cool. Just realize that he/she/it made you the way you are - the horny way you are. As long as you're not hurting anyone have at it!
