How do I make Converse like slip-ons?

Question

Most of the people I know don't wear their Converse with the bunny eared loops on top. How can I make the shoes tight and more like slip ons than shoes without stuffing the loops in my shoes.

They do sell converse without laces where the fold in the middle is attached to the sides so they`re like slip-ons.
