how do i insert my window into the holders?

in my room i guess the wind slipped it out and it well slipped out. i tried sticking it back in but its too difficult the window is bigger than the pane i need someone to tell me if theirs like a specific thing you have to do like turn it or something plz help

Call a window company. Or go to a home improvement center. I'm sure there should be someone to help you. Roxanne
