What college is good for me? I am really good at photoshop, and all of the adobe programs/?

I am good at all of the adobe programs and i wannna be good at 3d max and other programs that has to do with graphic arts. But i also good at cooking i started cooking when since i was 8 and i dont know what colleg to go to . College suggestion NEEDED PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU
