Toothpaste on zits or pimples does help, because the toothpaste contains acids that get deep into the infected pores and help dry it from the inside out.

To do this, make sure that the toothpaste you use is the paste kind, and not the gel. You just put a layer of it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water and dab it- don't rub it- dry.

If you'd like to get rid of the redness in the pimple because that can sometimes draw attention, sometimes it helps to use any eye drops that reduce eye redness and irritation. All you need to do that is drop some of it on the end of a Q-tip and hold it on the pimple or zit for a minute or so.

    Good Luck!

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

  • No, it doesn't work. it just makes the pimple dry up.

You're only supposed to keep it on for a few minutes
