Translate a slogan 翻譯標語

今年四月底在昆明街上逛的時候, 偶然抬頭看到這麼一句標語. 當時曾嘗試著把它翻成英語. 在此徵求各方英才的高見

車讓人 讓出一分文明

人讓車 讓出一分安全

車讓車 讓出一分秩序

人讓人 讓出一分和諧

You hit it right on the nose. 007's use of "yield" is excellent because of the double-meaning of the word.

    Drivers give precedence out of courtesy to pedestrians,to be more civilized.

    Pedestrians give precedence out of courtesy to drivers,to be more safe.

    yield also has the meaning of "create"

    So you can also say:

    Vehicles yield to people, yield civilization.
