Mainly control the elevator (the tail of the wing), and also the aileron the main wing , also rudder to control the movement on the runway (due to wind direction), Some aircraft must set the elevator before take off (the tail wing- Horizontal stabilizer) when take off.

Flaps are also using when takeoff. Besides this all aircraft take off pilot MUST handle the take off by hand due to reject take off due to difference problems, engine fire.NOT COMPUTER FOR TAKE OFF.

when speed reaching or before V1 have problems like engine fire. Pilot must reject take off, but after speed hit V2 VR , must take off and dump fuel or holding at the air until the weight reduce landing weight can land.Source(s): meself, me-self, me-self
