Music from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's?

Hey Everyone!

I am currently trying to make up a play list for a decades party and was wondering if anyone had some favourite dance or party songs from the decades 50's-90's. Also, if there were any really popular songs from these time periods or some chart toppers??

Thanks a bunch!

Franki Valli and the Four Seasons for 50s/60s. They have some fun songs!

Bit of grunge for the 90s - Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Puddle of Mud? Not very party-ish though!

Love 80s soul/funk. Think The Fatback Band - I Found Lovin', Earth Wind and Fire, Sister Sledge. Even Five Star for some late 80s soul pop!
