Why was Frank Sinatra called the Chairman of the Board?

I'm a big Sinatra fan but I don't know why people called him that.

Michael Bublé fits in well with other male "vocal jazz" artists, also affectionately called "crooners." Other crooners include Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin. While Bublé does lean a bit more toward mainstream, popular styles, he is definitely a jazz artist.
