What does this arabic mean in english? enta kol mara t2ol kida?

Please can you help me translate this into English from Egyptian Arabic?

    It means "You say this every time"

    Enta means you

    kol means every

    mara means time (as in a certain situation i.e. "this TIME")

    2ol means say but with a t in in as in t2ol means you say

    kida means this
