How to increase chest muscle and pecs?
I bench twice a week and do chest flys twice a week. I do 4 sets of 12 both times a week for both exersises.I bench 130 pounds and chest fly 110-120, (I do my workouts on a bowflex revolution so the weight I do is probably more on free weights). I still do not have pecs. What am I doing wrong? To get pecs do I need to loose more body fat or gain more muscle? Once I have pecs would I be able to move them? Or is that just something some people can do?
