I don't pretend to be an expert at dreams, but I think I understand the feelings of others pretty clearly so I'm going to give it a shot....
You're probably young and have great ambition and expectations for the future. The economy is struggling. You see yourself becoming very successful and helping people with their problems. Being 50 in your dream proves how successful and significant your life will be.
But the prostitute is a symbol of shame and scandal. We see in the news, everyday, famous people, who everyone loves, exposed in some way because of something shameful they did (ex: Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Bill Clinton). They suddenly start to lose their credibility as American icons.
I think that you see yourself as one of these people.
Is there something if your life that you are ashamed of? It doesn't necessarily have to do with a prostitute. Is there something that you're afraid people will find out?
"You are Capri or You are not free" I'm not sure who Capri is or if it's your name..... but this line reminds me of the book by Nathaniel Hawthorne: The Scarlet Letter. The beloved reverend of a town in the 1800s commits adultery with a lady and she has a child. The town looks down on the lady with shame and forces her to wear a big scarlet letter "A" on her chest (clothes) so that everyone knows she is an adulteress. She never reveals who the father is but carries on the shame by herself. Meanwhile, the reverend struggles throughout the novel with his guilt. He is someone that everybody loves and nobody suspects. Finally, he starts to go a little crazy and in the end he has to reveal the truth. The underlying theme is: "the truth will set you free."
The flute is a symbol in Hinduism for the human heart. The pains and sorrows the soul experiences through life, are like holes made in a reed flute, and it is by making these holes that a player makes the flute out of a reed. But he can use this instrument to make music... just as you can use your mistakes and sufferings to make yourself a better person.
So... what are you guilty about? Because it's time to get it off your chest.
