Good recipes with tomato, green peppers, and cucumbers?

I have some tomatoes, green peppers, and cucumbers out of my friend's garden. Does anyone have some good ideas of some recipes where I could use all of these together, or add some ingredients to have a full meal or a side? I'm in college, so I'm trying to learn more about cooking, but I'm not exactly good at it just yet ;) I'm not picky at all with food and will eat anything. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks!

I'm not sure what u like, but this is what I would do.

Take the tomatoes, dice them into small pieces, add garlic, pesto, oregano, a bit of oil, onion, and other spices to taste, and put them in a pan to make a speggetti sauce. keep it on low heat for about an hour (longer if you have extra time). and make yummy speggetti.

The cucumbers, what about a side dish, like cucumber salad?

I like this one a lot: (but add a little garlic, and a tad more mayo for consistency)
