How big are dorm room beds?

I'm going to the University of Idaho is that makes any difference.

    Most are extra long twin.

    Twin sized beds usually. they don't get any bigger than that, and I beleive you're not allowed to do anything about it (ie; getting a bigger bed or a different mattress). They're generally comfortable size-wise.

    I'm around 6'1'' and I manage to sleep on the mattress with no parts of me sticking out of the bed. So it could be extra-long, I'm afraid I'm not too sure.

    The one in my residence are twin extra long, but the other beds in the other residence halls are all twin sized. Check with your university to find out, usually they will tell you ahead of time if your beds are extra long.
