I hate to say it but this can happen when you take the chance on dating someone that is an illegal immigrant. It can be difficult to know if they are with you for love or just to get that green card. I think you can report him to ICE if he has a regular green card, but if he has a 10 year green card it can be harder to send him back. Whatever you do close all your bank accounts, don't co-sign anything and learn from your mistakes.

"Undocumented women like Juana are often cut off from the community and don't know how or where to seek help." -She decided to come here illegally. The laws for immigration are also to protect immigrants. If things truly are so horrible in her home country that her life is in danger, she could apply for asylum. "Undocumented immigrants as a group fear dealing with police" -Of course, they broke the law. Though what happened to this woman is very sad, it doesn't change the fact that she wouldn't have been in the position had she not entered the country illegally.

Really, just how bad? He, according to your own words, broke the law and lied to you to allow him to get what he wanted, and, in the meantime, hurt you and involved you in his illegal activity.

So, you can only do what you feel lead to do, but as for me, I would not have him staying here in America, talking about the person that believed his lies, and allowed him to get here, and then how he dumped you when he got what he wanted. He kicked you to the curb and he deserves to go back home.
