How do I Enable my Wireless LAN on an HP Pavilion dv6000?

Every time I turn my WLAN switch on the light stays orange, indicating it is disabled. Ive tried using HP Home Network Center to enable it but it says it can't do it. Ive also tried using BIOS but I can't find the settings I need to enable my WLAN. So please please please help me find a way to enable my WLAN switch. A step by step instruction would be great!

Sooo many people have had this problem, and HP has not done much to help it.....

    See: http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupp...

Here's now one person did it through BIOS:

    Enter BIOS at start up.

Under "advanced" enable wireless LAN device.

Under "exit" set BIOS to DEFAULT.

    Exit.

If that does not work, you unfortunately have to return it to get it repaired.

Probably its because it cant identify the senser or you need to download the driver again.... Probably that might work...
