Be aware that a torrent file is not simply a file to open. It is actually exchanging parts of the file by downloading it from several sources. You need utorrent, or bittorrent, or some other torrent program, but you also need to understand that it is using your computer to then transfer the parts of the file to others. Be sure that you fully understand how the programs work before you use them. Also be aware that downloading a torrent file of copyrighted material is still copyright infringement, even if it is only downloaded in parts. I am posting a URL to a video for more info, as well as the two main torrent sites. If the file is on your phone, you first need to transfer the file to your computer. Then, use utorrent or bitorrent or another similar torrent program to download the full files. Once you have the complete file as a standard movie format (often avi, but it depends on the file originally created), you can then save it to your phone if the format is compatible, or else convert it on your computer to a file your phone can read ad then put it on your phone. Torrents can't be exchanged on phones yet (plus you wouldn't want to incur the costs of constantly exchanging data on your phone. The battery life of your phone would also be very short.
