    1. Inhale clove (Lavag/Laung) oil for one second

    Hey, Wear N95 mask and change it in every 24 hours. Do not eat any food from outside market. Always wash your hand from soap after coming from outside.

    Wash your hands before and after going to the toilet, cleaning and eating.

    Avoid contact with anyone who has the virus.
