High White Blood Cell Count (Lymphocytes 51.0)?

I have had two CBC's done in two weeks, both with elevated WBC. My WBC is 15.8; Lymphocytes are 51.0; Absolute Lymphocytes are 8.1. All the reserch that I have looked at talks about Leukemia. I have a lot of the symptoms....weakness, being tired, not being hungry, weight loss, little red dots just under my skin on my arms, and bruising easily. Should I be concerned that I may have Leukemia?

No, this WBC does not indicate leukemia. Your lymphocytes comprise 51% of your total white cell count, therefore your lymphocyte count is 8.1, more in the range of some viral syndrome.

In leukemia, the counts are much, much higher.
