It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection (UTI). I know they are common in sexually active women and occur when they are having sex with an urge to pee or not peeing afterwards. I know men can get them too but it's more common in women. It is NOTHING to be scared of! If you drink a lot of cranberry juice it can flush out your system or there are over-the-counter medicines for them. I've had several and not been treated for all of them and they eventually will go away on their own in about a week or so. :)

Yeah, it sound like a UTI, its nothing to be shamed of,mostly everyone will get them..go to the doc oe clinic and they'll give you meds
