I have personally danced at both of these studios. I dance at Deborah's for two years and two years at Suzette's.
Deborah's Stage Door had a very good Preforming Company and they are very well known. I was in their recreational classes with the same teacher for both years and in that time the teacher didn't even remember my name. Their recitals do turn out well and all of the dances look good, in my opinion. I guess it all depends on the teachers. I did enjoy my time there a lot, but in the end, I was looking for something new.
At Suzette's I have had a very good experience so far. A couple of weeks into class my teachers all knew me and soon, most of the staff did. I have learned a lot at this studio and believe it has helped me grow as a dancer. I will say that schedules and what not do sometimes come at the last minute, but that really isn't my biggest concern. I think that what is being taught should come first and foremost. I feel more connected to this studio then any of the other four I have been to. I have not experienced anything but positive encouragement and inspiration from all of my teachers there.
I am not trying in anyway to bring down another studio. It is all about preference really. You might want to call into the studios rather than taking a biased opinion ( which is most likely what you will get from the internet). You might be interested in finding out class sizes, different classes, or take a tour of the studio to see just what you will be putting your daughter into. Another thing you might want to do is look at some of the studios' dances on youtube to get an idea of the styles.
I wish you the best of luck in finding a dance studio for your daughter. I hope you find a studio that suits your needs :)
